Ohhhh the glorious smell of banana and cloves–the hallmark scent of a Bavarian hefeweizen. But this bad boy. has a kick at around 7.5% ABV. My racking system is not perfect. I need to trim the hose so that it’s not loopi
ng around everything and risking coming in contact with unsanitary objects. My bottling bucket actually came from the Cooper’s kit where the brew, ferment and bottle all in the same container. Works well for bottling alone though.
