I wasn’t sure if I should boil the wort with the rain coming down.  It had to boil for an hour, and I was afraid it would somehow taint the mix.  Then I figured I would go for it anyway.  The water was boiling after all. I cranked on The Smiths and cracked open a Red Hook ESB.  It was a great day.
